 Matthew is currently the only student currently at Springdale High who was awarded the AP™ Scholar Award.

·        What courses are you taking?

o        TA, Algebra III, AP Gov, French III, AP Lit, Newspaper, and Physics

·        What's your favorite class this year? Why?

o        AP Lit, I like English and Mrs. Flynt is a great teacher

·        What schools did you come from?

o        Walker, Helen Tyson, Southwest, Har-Ber, and now SHS

·        Which AP classes have you taken?

o        US/World History, Language/Literature, and Government

·        What are your plans after you graduate?

o       Join the Navy, have them pay for college and become a nuclear engineer on one of their ships

·        Recommendations?

o        Take every opportunity to take standardized tests

·        Anything else?

o       SHS is great, here kids have great opportunities-take them
