CONDUCT:  ASSEMBLIES
2007-2008

At all times the student's behavior should be refined and courteous.  An indication of the
cultural level of a school is the conduct of its student body at an assembly.  Whether
guests are present or not, each student is personally responsible for the impression made
by the school as a whole.  Unacceptable conduct would include whistling, uncalled-for
clapping, boisterousness, and talking during a program.  Drinks, candy, chips, gum, etc.
are not permitted at assemblies.  The wearing of caps is prohibited.  In certain cases, a
study hall will be held in the cafeteria for students who do not wish to attend assemblies.
Attendance will be taken.
