lectronic music devices are allowed to be used in the lobby before school, after school, and during lunch. These devices may no be used in the hallways at any time.
Laser pointers have no legitimate use at school - they are a distraction and potentially hazardous. Students are not to bring them to school.
Cell phones may be used outside the building only. Cell phones are to be powered off and out of sight when students are in the building. Being on "silent" will not be considered the same as powered off. Electronic equipment is subject confiscation.
Electronic communication devices are allowed at extra-curricular activites, as permitted by their coach or sponsor, unless they pose a significant disruption to the activity or performance.
