07-08 Vehicle Registration Form

Purchase of Permits:

	Parking on Springdale High School parking lots is allowed by permit only.
	Complete the SHS 07-08 Vehicle Registration Form and have a PARENT SIGN IT.
	During the school year permits maybe obtained in the Main Office for $15 before school, during lunch periods, and after school by producing the following: State Registration Slip with correct license number. Valid Driver's License. Completed 07-08 Vehicle Registration form with parent signature. $15.00 Class schedule or student ID

Parking Regulations:

	The car must have a valid parking permit.
	Parking decals must be displayed on the inside rearview mirror.  Tags displayed in any other location will render the permit invalid.  All outdated school permits must be removed.
	Report lost or stolen decals immediately to the office. Students will be permitted to purchase another permit for $15.00.
	Vehicles displaying lost, stolen, or improperly obtained tags will be towed at owner's expense and the student will be banned from parking on the SHS campus.
	Parking is permitted only in designated spaces.  Parking in faculty reserved parking, handicapped parking spaces, fire lanes, on the grass, etc. will result in towing at the owner's expense and/or revoking of parking privileges.
	Warning will not be written for students who park in faculty reserved parking, handicapped parking spaces, non-parking areas (firelanes, unmarked areas, on the grass, etc.)  Students can expect to be towed per offense.  Additional school sanctions may apply.
	Speeding or unsafe driving while on campus may result in revoking of parking privileges.
